The Shepherd University Wellness Center offers extensive training and wellness programs including:

Are you in need of an exercise plan, but don't know where to begin? Is your current workout not giving you the results you're looking for? Whatever your needs may be, we have certified trainers on staff ready to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals!

All of our training and wellness services are conducted by experienced personal trainers who possess certifications through nationally recognized organizations.

Get started with a personalized FITT KIT! The FITT KIT includes a fitness assessment, body composition measurements, goal setting, and a mini workout. Click here for more information

30 minute sessions can be combined for a longer workout per client/trainer agreement.
