From early risers to night owls, we have classes throughout the day to fit your schedule! Don't worry about waiting to sign up for a class; you can drop in at any time! Classes are also included in all membership options. Please check our monthly calendar for up-to-date scheduling!

Class Descriptions

Silver Intensity: Classes for active older adults
Low Intensity: Appropriate for all fitness levels
Moderate Intensity: Appropriate for all fitness levels with modifications
High Intensity: May not be appropriate for all fitness levels
