Group Exercise

We plan to offer in-person group exercise classes with limited participants soon. Until then, check out our schedule of Zoom classes below.

While at the gym, you can stream exercise classes anytime using our Fitness on Demand app. Click here for details.

Don’t worry about waiting to sign up for a class; you can drop in at any time! Classes are also included in all membership options. Please be advised that class format may vary when there is a substitute instructor.

Silver Intensity

These are classes are designed for active older adults.

Low Intensity

These classes are considered appropriate for all fitness levels.

Moderate Intensity

These classes are appropriate for all fitness levels with modifications.

High Intensity

These classes may not be appropriate for all fitness levels.
